Requisites​

To use AI21 models, you need to have an AI21 API key. You can get one by signing up at AI21's website.

Required credentials:

  • AI21_API_KEY: Your AI21 API key.

Supported Models:​

All models provided by AI21 has the following properties:

  • Function call: Not supported
  • Streaming: Not supported

All models accept the following extra configs when generating texts:

  • temperature
  • top_p
  • top_k
  • max_tokens
  • stop

Jurassic-2-Ultra​

  • Model schema id: ai21/j2-ultra

AI 21 describes the Jurassic-2-Ultra as follows:

Our Jurassic-2 series, equipped with high-performance language models, encompasses three variants - Ultra, Mid, and Light. These models are distinguished by their unwavering delivery of superior performance and broad flexibility, excelling in diverse tasks. In addition to English, Jurassic-2 demonstrates exceptional proficiency in multiple languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Dutch.

Although Jurassic-2 series contains several models, only the Ultra variant is open for conversational tasks by AI21 Lab.
