Payment Methods
Some of the features on TaskingAI are only available to users with a paid subscription plan. To pay for your subscriptions, you need to add a payment method to your account.
This page will provide you with all the information you need to know about payment methods on TaskingAI.
How to add a payment method
To add a payment method to your account, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your homepage.
- Click 'Settings' at the bottom left corner of the page.
- Select 'Billings'
- Click 'Add Payment Method' and follow the instructions
Default payment methods
Default payment methods are used to pay for user's subscriptions on TaskingAI. Users can add multiple payment methods to their account, but only one payment method can be set as the default payment method at a time.
A payment method will be set as default by the following actions:
- When user add the first payment method to the organization, that payment method will be set as the default payment method.
- When user have multiple payment methods, user can manually set one of them as the default payment method.
- When changing plan, the payment method selected for the new plan will be set as the default payment method.
Default payment method cannot be deleted. If you want to delete the default payment method, you need to set another payment method as the default payment method first.
How your payment information is handled
TaskingAI is partnering with Stripe to handle all payment transactions. Stripe is a secure and reliable payment gateway that provides service to many big names, including Amazon, Shopify, Salesforce, and more.
TaskingAI will not keep your payment information. All payment information will securely managed by Stripe.
